Hole-In-One winner Steve Boyd of McCalla, Alabama recently won $10,000 courtesy of Vestavia Hills High School Baseball and paid for by CGA Hole-In-One & Promotions.
Boyd scored the cash prize in October after he aced 150 yards on hole #2 on the Legacy Course of the Greystone Golf and Country Club in Birmingham, AL. The hole-in-on contest, which was part of the Sammy Dunn Memorial Golf Tournament hosted by Vestavia Hills High School Baseball.

Southern Mississippi Punt Return Pay Day
To attract new customers and increase sales, Carters Jewelers in Petal, MS ran a Punt Return Pay Day Promotion during the month of August. All sales from August 1-September 1 would be fully reimbursed if a member of the Southern Mississippi Golden Eagles Football Team successfully returned a punt for a touchdown during the Southern Miss vs. University of Kentucky Wildcats football game. After the full month of sales totaling up to $500,000, all of its customers watched anxiously as the game unfolded. Although there was no punt return for a touchdown during the game, Carters Jewelers certainly scored with a winning promotion insured by CGA Hole In One and Promotions.

Lucky Seat – 10 Minute Mark
The Chicago Blackhawks and the Illinois Lottery teamed up to provide fans with a Lucky Seat contest to win $1 Million Dollars.
Their first call was to CGA Hole-In-One & Promotions. During the middle of the 1st period a seat number was randomly chosen. Then, during the 2nd period, if any Blackhawks player scored a goal at exactly the 10 minute mark, the randomly chosen contestant (seat) won $1 Million!
With the Hawks trailing 3-0 in the second period on January 19, game 44, against the Minnesota Wild. A loose puck found Hawks player Martin Havlat in front of the Wild goal and he fired his 15th goal of the season. The clock read 10:00 and Cary Stolarczyk was a million dollars richer.

The Unbustable Bracket
Buffalo Wild Wings wanted to make sure every March Madness fan came into their locations and enter the Unbustable Bracket Pick ‘Em contest. Pick a perfect tournament bracket and win your own Buffalo Wild Wings Sports Bar! Each round brought new game picks and props, so players can win even after their bracket is busted. They also tied in the use of their Rewards App for check-in to be eligible to win prizes.

Timed Progressive Shot to win a New Car!
The University of Notre Dame Hammes Bookstore invited fans to join the Fighting Irish Men’s and Women’s basketball teams at their annual Bookstore Basketball Game. One lucky fan was chosen to try the Progressive Shot contest for a chance to win a new car!
Tarleton State Texans Half-Court Shot winner
The Tarleton State Texans wanted to add some excitement to their half-time entertainment with a Progressive Half-Court shot contest. The prize jackpot started at $100 and grew for each men and women’s home basketball games. Each game that did not have a winner the jackpot would grow. Near the end of the season one lucky contestant walked out with the winning jackpot of $2,700!

New Baseball Contest Ideas
GRAND SLAM SATURDAYS
A player must hit a Grand Slam in the 7th inning of designated home games to be eligible for prize award. Starting prize value for game one is $5,000. If there is not a winner we will add another $5,000 to the total, if there is not a winner again we will add another $5,000 to the total, and so on. If we get all the way to the 11th home Saturday the prize value would be a whopping $55,000!
